Online Purchases & Returns

This page applies to purchases made through the Gropo website, including event tickets, food and merchandise. These conditions apply in addition to Gropo’s general Terms & Conditions, House Rules and Privacy Statement.

Orders and payment

Prices shown on our website include BTW where applicable.

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and you have received an order confirmation by email. Please check the information in your confirmation carefully and contact us if something is incorrect.

Payments are processed securely through the payment methods offered during checkout.

Competition tickets

Competition tickets are valid for the event and date stated on the event page.

Where different ticket prices apply to subscription holders and non-subscription holders, you are responsible for selecting the correct ticket type. Gropo may verify subscription status when you check in. If you have purchased a subscription-holder ticket without having a valid subscription, the applicable non-subscription price may be charged.

Tickets for an event on a specified date are not subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Unless otherwise stated on the relevant event page, event tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded simply because you are no longer able or willing to attend.

If Gropo cancels the event, we will inform ticket holders and explain the available refund or replacement options.

Food

Food purchased through an event page is prepared for and supplied during the event stated in the order.

Because the catering is provided on a specified date, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

Information about the food, including relevant dietary or allergen information, will be provided on the event page or can be requested from Gropo before ordering.

If you have a serious food allergy, please contact us before purchasing so that we can tell you whether we can safely accommodate it.

Merchandise

Standard merchandise such as Gropo T-shirts and posters purchased online is generally subject to the statutory right of withdrawal.

You may notify us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the merchandise, without giving a reason.

After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the product.

Items may be tried on as you would in a physical shop, but should not be worn or used beyond what is reasonably necessary to determine their nature, characteristics and fit. You may be liable for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond this.

Unless stated otherwise, the direct cost of returning merchandise is your responsibility.

Please include your name and order number with the return.

If your withdrawal is valid, we will refund the relevant purchase amount. Where legally required, the refund will be made within the applicable statutory period. We may wait until we have received the returned merchandise, or until you have provided evidence that it has been returned. Gropo is not responsible for shipping costs made to return the products.

Wrong, damaged or defective products

The statutory right of withdrawal is separate from your rights if a product is defective, damaged or different from what you ordered.

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us at info@gropo.nl and include your order number and a short description of the problem.

Exercising your right of withdrawal

Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you can use the Withdraw Online Purchase function on our website.

You may also contact us using the contact details below. Using the online function is not mandatory.

You do not need to give a reason for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.
